Hebei Far East Harris Communications Co., Ltd. (FHC) is a joint venture co***ny between Harris Corporation, USA, and the 54th Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC), China. It is located in Shijiazhuang, the capital city of Hebei province in north China, which is two hours drive from Beijing.
FHC is mainly engaged in the business of the 20-20® digital telephone switches and enhanced communications products worldwide. FHC's engineers are from the Switching System Division of the 54th Institute, which has over 15 years of cooperation with Harris Digital Telephone Systems Division (HDTS) on the 20-20® products. Many FHC engineers have been trained or worked at HDTS for years.
